This morning was my first kettlebell class at 360 Specialized Training. I am so unfit and told myself this year I am going to be more active. It's been awhile since I have trained seriously. I remember when I first started to go to gym, I would go 3-4 times a week.
What happened? Where has the inspiration gone?
I also attended my first Zumba class this week.
What kind of exercise do you do to keep fit?
